Survey the magnificent music of Mozart while exploring two contrasting genres: chamber music and opera. Gain an appreciation for the perfect synthesis of form, content, polish, charm and emotion in Mozart's chamber works in selections from his quartets and quintets. In contrast, explore the master/servant relationship and foibles of the human heart through one of Mozart's greatest operas, Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro), that focuses on musical and social aspects of the late 18th century. Afficionados and beginners alike will enjoy this celebration of Mozart's most beautiful music.

Performances each evening by Peabody artists and exceptional students. Free access to world-class Walters Art Museum across the street.

Program in association with Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, providing musical training since 1857.

Walk 1/2 block to cafeteria, 1.5 blocks to recitals and activities.
