Create lasting memories with your grandchild in the cool mountain town of Flagstaff. Ride the historic Grand Canyon Railway with a train “robbery” en route to the South Rim of Grand Canyon. At this world wonder, hike a canyon trail/rim, watch for California condors, and explore Canyon geology. During a half day raft trip on the Colorado River, marvel at towering red rock cliffs and search for hawks, herons, trout and ancient rock art. See Glen Canyon Dam and hike to a 1,000’ overlook to the river below! Experience our ropes challenge course, build survival shelters, and learn outdoor skills amid towering ponderosa pine trees. Travel through the Navajo Reservation and visit secluded Walnut Canyon Nat’l Monument’s prehistoric cliff dwellings.
