Kalamazoo

Dominating southeastern Michigan, the city grew out of America’s westward expansion and flourished under its mid-20th-century development. Its local breweries and the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer sustain the city’s economy while its universities foster a lively scene of art and culture in a Midwestern metropolis.
