Your adventure begins at one of the nations top zoos! Get closer to the action as animal handlers, zoo keepers/educators and staff reveal zoo life behind-the-scenes and guide you through a variety of animal encounters and interactions: see and smell leopards and ocelots, come face to face with a polar bear, peer at primates, feed lorikeets and giraffes. At the Northern Kentucky Horse Farm learn equine safety and take a ride! The Newport Aquarium gets you up close and personal with the worlds most beautiful, bizarre and dangerous creatures. Wrap up your week with a session by the Humane Society – hear tips on the care and handling of pets and meet a few adoptable critters from the shelter. The ultimate animal adventure awaits you!
