Do I already have an online account?
Even if you have not visited our site, you may already have an online account.
If you have registered with Exploritas before, either to receive catalogs or to attend a program, we may have asked you for your e-mail address. If we have your e-mail address on file, you have already taken the first step toward activating your account online.
If you believe you have an account and/or password, but are unsure of what they are, click here to have your log-in information sent to your e-mail address. You will be asked to provide the e-mail address we have on file for you. After providing your e-mail address, you will be presented with one of two screens.
If you have not previously set up an online account with Exploritas, you will automatically be e-mailed your “Account setup key.” This is an eight-digit code that you will use for your initial log-in and account creation. Please be sure to enter this code exactly as it appears in the e-mail. This is case sensitive, so if you receive a code “ABCD1234,” be sure to enter “ABCD1234” — not “Abcd1234,” as entering the latter will result in an error.
If you have already set up your online account, you will be asked your “Security Question.” This is a question and answer you had selected during your initial set-up process. Please be sure to enter the answer to this question exactly as you entered it when creating your account. For example, if you chose the question “What city were you born in?” and answered “Boston, Ma.,” you must enter “Boston, Ma.” as your answer. Entering “Boston,” “boston,” or “Boston Mass.” will result in an error.

If this is your first time contacting Exploritas, chances are we do not have your e-mail account on file. By visiting our website at www.Exploritas.org, you can begin the account-creation process. On the main page, you will see an option (pictured on the right) on the upper left to sign up for e-mail notifications. This is the first step in creating your Exploritas account on your own.
Once you have provided your e-mail address, click here to have your log-in information sent to your e-mail address, then follow the directions above to finalize the account set-up process.
