What's an "Account," and How Do I Log
On?

An "account" is your personal section of the Exploritas
website. There you can register for programs, maintain your
mailing address and mailings, submit service requests, make
payments and donations, and sign up to receive program related
information.
Returning Users: If you
currently receive mailings from us, or you have taken one
of our programs, you already have an account with us. It
is not necessary for you to establish a new account. Please
do not create an account more than once because it produces
duplicate files.

First Time Visitors: If
you're a new visitor and do not receive mailings from us,
it only takes a few minutes to start an account with us
and you'll be ready to use the site. You
only need to create your account once. You will be
able to use your own username and password. Please click

How Do I Search for Programs?
|
There are two ways to search for programs on the Exploritas
website:
Quick Search: At the top
of every page on the site is a search box. The easiest way
to search for programs or information is to type in a program
number or subject in this box. Click on the drop-down box
to the left to select the type of program you're searching
for. Click "go" and you will receive a page of search results.
Advanced Search: Click on
the "Programs" tab to find the link to the "Advanced Search"
page. An Advanced Search allows you to enter specific information
such as date, price, subject, accommodations, and program
location that define the program you wish to find. For example,
you may wish to find an Arizona watercolor painting program
for 2003 which includes single rooms. First, click on the
link for the "Advanced Search" page. Next, click on the
appropriate boxes to indicate your search preferences and
then click the "Find Programs That Match My Criteria" box
at the foot of the page. You will then receive a page of
search results. Click

What Do I Need to Know About the New
Program Numbering System?
| With the launch of Exploritas new website and its
supporting technology, Exploritas has changed its program
numbers. All programs now have four-digit numbers. For programs
with more than one departure date, specific departures are
identified by the date the program begins.
Some of the programs (the newer ones) now have 5-digit
program numbers.
